Made a Decision

August 23, 2o09 - I made a decision today. I want to be healthier! Doctor just put me on Zocor. I don't want to be on another medication! I already take allergy meds, synthroid, zestril and copaxone. All of these medications are unadvoidable, but if I start a healthier lifestyle, I can probably get rid of the Zocor. I have put on some weight and my joints are starting to complain. I'm not getting any younger and there is still a lot I want to do. I will start by taking it one day at a time. By blogging, my hope is that it will really make me think about the things I do and hopefully the "Why" behind it.
